Introduction to Pilates is an easy-to-follow 30 minute guided audio class. It has been devised to introduce and guide newcomers through a range of popular, simple mat based Pilates exercises.

This audio Pilates class is ideal for complete beginners who wish to experience Pilates and enjoy its many benefits. The class is clearly instructed to provide a well -structured workout that gives all the information you need to create a solid foundation in the practice before progressing onto the beginner level audio classes or attend classes at a gym, studio or anywhere else.

For those that like a visual reference, the Introduction to Pilates class is accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions and provides reference photographs of each exercise.

The class has been devised and narrated by Lucy Owen. Lucy specialises in teaching newcomers and in this class she deliberately instructs each exercise slowly whilst providing all the information needed for you to be performing them correctly, effectively and safely.
