My vinyasa yoga classes provide safe, practical and effective sessions ideal for anyone wishing to learn, and benefit from flowing yoga techniques in which the breath is used to link postures together. I have created classes suitable for different levels of ability, some of the classes use only vinyasa yoga techniques whilst others combine both held postures and vinyasa techniques. In each class I've used easy-to-follow instruction to provide appropriate and effective tuition which delivers the many benefits vinyasa yoga offers.
