My relaxation classes have been created to refresh and calm your body and mind, help to relieve stress and tension, reduce any feelings of anxiety or anger, balance blood pressure and regulate heart and breath rates.

My meditation classes will create a calmer, more focussed mind and will help to find inner peace and balance. Meditation helps to reduce stress and tension, enhance sleep, relieve fatigue and it allows us to better understand our own minds and transform our thoughts from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. In the classes I've used easy-to-follow instruction to provide practical and effective tuition which delivers the many benefits both relaxation and meditation offer.
