The AM session uses a flowing vinyasa sequence of effective postures that raise energy levels, increase vitality and kick start your day. The PM session uses floor based postures combined with a guided relaxation to provide a calming and restorative practice that will deeply relax and unwind body and mind at the end of the day. Both sessions use clear, easy-to-follow expert tuition set to subtle background music which creates the perfect mood and pace.

The sessions are accompanied by a free PDF guide book that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture featured. View the Improvers AM-PM Yoga guide book.

Improvers AM-PM Yoga is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller, Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world since 1995. Sue has developed a method of clearly instructing yoga specifically for audio classes and recorded this class in a professional recording studio.

We recommend using this class in conjunction with the Yoga2hear Improvers Yoga Vol.1, 2 & 3 classes, or the Improvers Daily Yoga classes and the Yoga Vinyasas for Improvers classes. Doing so will provide exposure to the broad range of appropriate and progressive yoga postures and techniques to those wishing to develop their practice and knowledge.
