Quick Overview

Eye Yoga contains two different 25 minute classes that are suitable for all. The classes are made up of simple and effective yogic eye exercises combined with gentle rhythmic breathing techniques which are followed whilst sitting comfortably. The classes will relax, refresh and strengthen the eyes and the surrounding muscles.

The Eye Yoga classes use clear, easy to follow expert tuition to guide you through simple exercises such as Nose Tip Gazing and Flutter Blinking. The soft verbal instructions are combined with soothing background music that sets a perfect pace for the rhythmic breathing techniques and an ideal mood for soothing exercise and relaxation.

The classes are devised and instructed by Sue Fuller and were recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught around the world since 1995.

We recommend using this class in conjunction with the Yoga2hear Relaxations for Sleep Vol.1 classes.
