I have created these Yoga2hear Core yoga classes to provide safe, practical and effective sessions for those wishing to strengthen the core and greater core muscle groups of the body. In each class I have used easy-to-follow instruction to provide appropriate and effective tuition that delivers the many benefits yoga has to offer. 

Our core muscles work together to provide stability for the spine and pelvis, support the body when we sit, stand or move, maintain correct posture, reduce strain on the spine and minimise any pressure that is placed on our joints. A strong core also makes all our movements much more efficeint. The core muscles respond very well to slow controlled movements so these classes are the perfect way to bring strength and stability to the deep muscles of the lumbar spine, pelvis and abdominal region.
