Chakra Yoga Vol.2 contains a selection of effective held and flowing hatha yoga postures combined with chakra visualisation techniques that focus on the seven main charkas. The session has been created to provide a progression from our Chakra Yoga Vol.1 class.

Chakra Yoga Vol.2 is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller and was recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world since 1995. She writes a monthly feature for the Yoga magazine and is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine.

Chakra Yoga Vol.2 is accompanied by a PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture featured. The guide also includes a Chakra body map and lots of other information on the seven main Chakras that will help you to get maximum benefit from the class.
