Yoga provides the tools and techniques to help us achieve physical and emotional balance. These atributes can be maximised by carefully selecting postures and techniques to use at certain times of the day. With this in mind I have created these AM-PM yoga classes.

The appropriate level AM session should be followed at the start of your day, it contains an effective yoga vinyasa sequence that will help eliminate toxins, get your energy flowing freely, increase vitality and lengthen and strengthen your muscles. The PM session should be used towards the end of your day when all your jobs are done and you are ready to relax. The session is more restorative in nature and uses floor based held postures to provide a calming practice that will help remove muscular imbalances and tension accumulated during the day, deeply relax and unwind your body and mind a promote peaceful nights sleep.
