Improvers Yoga Vol. 3 is a 65 minute class that has been devised specifically for those wishing to move on from a beginner level practice. The class continues the Yoga 2 Hhear Improvers Yoga series by advancing some of the postures featured in the Vol. 1 & 2 classes and by introducing new stronger postures essential to those looking to increase ability and deepen their practice.
The class starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for the session. The class instructs 24 postures including The Bow and the Equestrian Pose and advanced variations of both Downward Facing Dog and Plank before concluding with a longer guided relaxation. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow expert tuition combined with a relaxing background music track which sets the perfect mood and pace.
The class is accompanied by a free visual reference PDF guide book that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture featured.
