We offer discounts of up to 70% (off the rrp of £13.99) for orders of our range of unique CD based audio Hatha yoga classes and our Introduction to Yoga for Babies DVD (rrp of £14.99).  All of our yoga products are produced in the UK by suppliers who like us are serious about minimising their impact on the environment.

Yoga CD Overview: Our Yoga classes have been devised and created to offer high quality user friendly yoga instruction that can be used anytime and anywhere. Our entire range of audio yoga classes has been recorded by Sue Fuller, one of the UK's leading yoga professionals. She has developed a style of clearly and simply describing yoga postures that make these yoga classes so easy to use they can literally be done with the eyes closed. This encourages the user to really concentrate on the class and perform the postures mindfully therefore gaining the maximum mental and physical benefits. Each yoga class CD is accompanied by a guide booklet providing photographs and descriptions of the postures.

Music: Each of the yoga classes in our range is mixed with its own full length background ambient music track that when combined with the soothing verbal instructions sets a mood perfect for yoga.

Guide Booklet: With each class we have included a full colour guide booklet providing photographs and written descriptions of the postures featured. The booklet is printed on 100% recycled paper and is inserted into the 100% recycled packaging opposite the yoga class CD.

Packaging: All of our product packaging is produced using only 100% recycled material and has been designed to have a raw look and feel. All products are EAN-13 bar coded to GS1 UK specifications and have ISBN numbers.

Production Values: All of our audio yoga classes are recorded and mixed in a fully equipped recording studio. The master recordings are then pressed on to CD by Sony UK ensuring the highest levels of audio quality. Our DVD has been recorded, edited and produced by Capricorn Productions. They are specialists in producing high quality bespoke video, DVD programmes, interactive media and graphic design.

The Range: We currently offer 2 Beginners level yoga classes, 2 Improvers level yoga classes, a Pre-Natal yoga class and a Post-Natal yoga class.  

Beginners Classes: Both Beginners Yoga Vol.1 and Beginners Yoga Vol.2 are recorded using clear and easy to follow instructions that have been devised specifically to introduce effective and achievable yoga postures to those with no previous experience of yoga. Each yoga class runs for 60 minutes.

Improvers Classes: The Improvers Vol.1 & Vol.2 yoga classes have been recorded for those with some previous experience of yoga. Both use easy to follow verbal instructions to describe more advanced yoga postures than those featured in our Beginners yoga classes. Each class runs for 60 minutes.

Our Pre-Natal Class: This yoga class has been devised to support the entire pregnancy and is suitable for those with no previous yoga experience. The class extensively uses the breath to assist the postures, providing a pre-natal yoga session that is safe and supportive. The yoga postures used will help to strengthen the developing bond between mother and baby, promote deep relaxation and encourage and enhance a healthy pregnancy. The instructions are clear, concise and easy to follow. This class runs for 45 minutes.

Our Post-Natal Class: This CD contains two separate 30 minute yoga classes that are practical and achievable for new mums. Both classes are sensitive to the particular Post-Natal requirements and focus on regaining muscle tone and shape mostly around the abdomen and pelvis. They aid recovery and help to realign the lower back after the months of adapted posture due to carrying a baby. Again the yoga postures are described using clear, concise and easy to follow instructions.

Yoga for Babies DVD Overview: The first precious months with a new arrival are so important so what better way to strengthen the bond between baby and parent/carer than with our Introduction to Yoga for Babies DVD. We have developed co-produced and filmed a fun, easy to follow instructional programme that promotes a relaxed, calm and happy environment. The DVD contains 3 main sections, each is enhanced with key point reminders to help the parent/carer learn the techniques and then apply them confidently. Running Time: 37 minutes.

Order Info: Our minimum initial order is only 12 pieces (any combination you may require), these orders would require full payment in advance. All further orders (no minimum) would be invoiced on 30 day terms. Prices do not include delivery which is charged at cost. All our products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

The Future: We are currently recording a number of other audio yoga classes and have a new yoga DVD in production. We believe these new yoga products will broaden the appeal of the yoga2hear brand.
