Terms & Conditions

1. Making a Purchase.
a) You must decide before ordering any goods that they are suitable.
b) Buying from yoga2hear is easy, just browse our store, preview the class or classes of interest to you and then if you wish to make a purchase place the item or items into the shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout.
c) You will be asked for the information we need to complete your order. Please ensure this information is correct and relates to you the person placing the order and not to anyone else.
2. Privacy Policy.
a) When you place an order with yoga2hear you must provide certain personal information to us. We do not disclose this information to any third party other than to process your order and arrange delivery.
b) We adhere to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act.
3. Cancellation.
a) Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch. In these cases a full refund will be given.
4. Prices.
a) All prices for CD's and Yoga Mats are inclusive of delivery.
b) Prices are subject to change at anytime without prior notice.
5. Handling and Delivery.
a) a) All  physical product orders completed before 4pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on a Saturday will qualify for same day dispatch. All orders completed outside of these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
b) We send all orders for CD's only using the Royal Mail’s First Class service. All orders for ecoYoga mats and CD's are sent using the Royal Mail’s Standard Parcel service.
c) If you require your goods to be sent by another method please contact us and we will arrange this. Please note; any extra costs will be added to your order.
d) If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must notify us within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. Please retain all packaging as this may be needed to assist any claim for compensation.
e) We accept no responsibility for any damage that occurs to goods after delivery.
f) Any goods returned to us due to non receipt by the customer will be liable to a 20% restocking and handling charge. The cost of the return delivery will also be deducted from the purchase price.
6. Back Orders.
a) If any item ordered is not in stock we will contact you by email and give you an approximate date for dispatch. You have the option to cancel your order at this time if you do not wish to wait.
7. Payment.
a) We use Paypal to securely handle your online payments by Credit or Debit Card or by using your paypal account.
b) An order confirmation issued by Paypal does not constitute acceptance of your order by yoga2hear.
c) Full payment for any goods and any costs for P&P must be confirmed to yoga2hear by PayPal before your order is confirmed and any goods are dispatched.
d) yoga2hear will confirm your order thus entering into a contract with you at this time.
e) yoga2hear remain the sole owners of any goods ordered until full payment has been received.
8. Returns Policy.
a) We are unable to accept the return of any of our CDs unless they are faulty. This is due to the ease with which such media can be duplicated.
b) Faulty CDs will be replaced with the same product.
c) We are unable to accept the return of any of our Download products unless there is a fault in the file. This is due to the ease with which such media can be duplicated.
d) Faulty Downloads will be replaced with the same product.
e) Any other products purchased from yoga2hear will be accepted for credit or exchange if they are returned to us in a saleable condition with 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase will be required and written consent must be obtained first from yoga2hear.
f) yoga2hear are unable to accept for exchange or refund any used or customer damaged items.
g) yoga2hear are not responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning items to us.
9. Trades Descriptions Act
a) yoga2hear take great care to ensure that the descriptions of our products and their specifications
displayed on our website are correct at all times. All images shown are of the actual products, they are therefore reliable representations, however a slight variation in the colour of the goods can occur.
10. Copyright Warning.
This website, CD’s and Downloads including all their contents and packaging is protected by English and international copyright laws. Our CD’s and Downloads may only be used for private use and must not be played to the general public or fee paying audiences. Any unauthorised broadcast, public performance, copying, hire, internet use or other distribution of all or any part of our CD’s or Downloads is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings. 11. Medical Warning.
Check with your doctor before starting a yoga2hear or any other exercise program in particular if you suffer from any heart problems or you think you may be pregnant. By loading and participating in the exercise programs on our CD’s or Downloads you are acknowledging that you have
(a) satisfied yourself that you are fit and able to undertake the exercises and;
(b) that you have sought prior medical advice from your doctor as to the suitability of these exercises and;
(c) that you will hold yoga2hear harmless from any damages or claims that you may suffer as a result and;
(d) that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and the Disclaimer wording below.
12. Disclaimer.
To the fullest extend possible under English law yoga2hear excludes liability for any claims,
loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising (whether directly or indirectly) or may arise as a consequence of following or acting upon any information or performing any of the exercises contained in our CD’s, Downloads and Booklet’s. This disclaimer shall be governed by English law and each of the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
13. Applicable Law.
a) If any dispute should arise it will be settled within the English court system. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
b) These terms and conditions and any contract between yoga2hear and it’s customers is governed by English Law.
