The classes in this section have been devised specifically to gently mobilise and release tension from the body without placing stress on any joints.
The classes are not physically demanding yet they still allow you to enjoy the many benefits yoga has to offer. They are ideal for those with restricted movement, those who have not exercised before or who have had a long break from regular exercise.
Both products uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with subtle atmospheric background music tracks.
The classes are available on CD and MP3 Download. Both versions are accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture.

Gentle Daily Yoga (2010) is made up of five different 15 minute gentle yoga sessions that have been devised to be used one a day in rotation.
Each session uses clear, easy to follow instructions to introduce carefully selected gentle postures that are performed in sitting and laying positions such as a Lower Back Release and Supine Leg Extensions.
Each sessions concludes with a guided relaxation section that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Gentle Yoga Vol.1 (2007) is a 28 minute class that uses clear, easy to follow instructions to introduce a number of carefully selected gentle postures that are performed in laying and sitting positions such as a Spinal Twist and a Seated Forward Bend.
The class starts with a short guided relaxation that will focus your mind and prepare the body for the postures. The class then concludes with a longer guided relaxation that will relieve stress, calm your mind and leave you feeling deeply relaxed. I.S.B.N. 978-1-907583-08-7
