The classes in this section each consist of five different 15 minute sessions that have been devised to be used on five consecutive days, ie, Monday to Friday.
Each session uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with a different atmospheric background music track. The effective sessions will allow you to enjoy the many benefits yoga offers without taking up too much of your time.
The classes are available on CD and MP3 Download. Both versions are accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture.
We highly recommend these classes are used in conjunction with the Yoga 2 Hear Vol. 1,2 & 3 classes of the appropriate level.

 | Beginners Daily Yoga |
Beginners Daily Yoga (2010) has been devised specifically for those with little or no previous yoga experience.
The five 15 minute sessions each contain simple but effective postures that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised. Four of the sessions use various held postures whilst the fifth session uses postures linked together to form a flowing sequence known as a vinyasa. All five sessions conclude with a relaxation section.

Product Review from Keith in Grimsby. Under a lot of pressure recetnly as it's the end of term. I am also writing a research paper and was bogged down with statistics when I decided to take a break and though "hey why not do a 15 minute yoga session?" So i did and it was perfect. It released my lower back and relaxed me but didn't eat up too much time.
