Yoga for Confidence (2009) consists of four separate 15 minute sessions that use carefully selected combinations of yoga breathing techniques (pranayamas), yoga gestures (mudras) and visualisations.
Three of the sessions have been devised to be followed whilst in a comfortable seated position and the fourth is to be followed whilst lying down.
Yoga for Confidence uses clear, easy-to-follow narrated instruction to expertly guide you through visualisation techniques such as the Golden Bubble and mudras such as the Hyridia Mudra that are suitable for all. The instructions are combined with subtle background music that sets a perfect mood for each session.
Both the CD and MP3 download are accompanied by a Yoga for Confidence guide booklet that highlights the instructions for each technique used in the sessions.
