Relaxations for Sleep Vol.1 (2009)contains two different 28 minute sessions that have been devised to be used whilst lying in bed. They will help to clear your mind and induce deep relaxation so that you can drift off into a fantastic sleep and wake feeling calm, refreshed and revitalised.
The easy to follow sessions are suitable for anyone that wants a really great night's sleep including those who have difficulties getting to sleep and those who often wake during the night and just can’t get back to sleep again.
Both of the sessions use expert tuition to introduce simple yet effective rhythmic yogic breathing exercises, muscle relaxation and visualization techniques that are combined with soft, soothing background music. The music gradually fades away to nothing as you experience deep relaxation and drift off into the perfect night's sleep.
Both the CD and MP3 download are accompanied by a guide booklet that provides helpful hints and tips on how to get the most from the sessions as well as useful information on how to best prepare for them.
