The classes in this section are suitable for those will all levels of yoga experience.
When practiced regularly Pranayamas (yoga breathing techniques) will improve levels of health and vitality as well as encourage relaxation, reduce anxiety and increase mental focus.
Mudras (gestures) are used to intensify a yoga practice and to channel and seal energy within the body. This produces many positive effects including balancing of the body and mind and the encouragement of spiritual growth.
All of the classes uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical and effective sessions.
The classes are available on CD and MP3 Download. Both versions are accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture.

Pranayamas for Beginners (2009) is a 40 minute class that has been devised to offer a practical introduction into basic Yoga breathing techniques and exercises for those with little or no previous experience.
The class will guide you through 5 simple yet effective yoga breathing techniques including the Ujjayi breath and Prana Mudra before concluding with a guided relaxation section.
