The classes in this section have been devised specifically for Snowboarders and Skiers. They are ideal for use before, during and after your precious time on the slopes. When used regularly they will improve your flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus and will also reduce the risk of injury.
Both of the classes uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical and effective yoga sessions that will make a real difference to your riding.
The classes are available on CD and MP3 Download. Both versions are accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture.
We highly recommend that these classes are used in conjunction with the appropriate Yoga2hear Core Yoga class.

Yoga for Snow Sports Vol.1 (2008) has been devised specifically for Snowboarders and Skiers with little or no previous experience of yoga.
The 60 minute class starts with a short relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body. The class then continues with 18 simple yet effective yoga postures before it concludes with a longer relaxation section.

Yoga for Snow Sports Vol.2 (2008) has been devised specifically for Snowboarders and Skiers with previous yoga experience including those who have used our classes. The 65 minute class starts with a short relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body. The class then continues with 19 stronger yoga postures before it concludes with a longer relaxation section.
