Our entire range of our yoga classes are practical and easy to follow, they allow everyone to experience and enjoy the many benefits of yoga wherever and whenever they choose. All of our classes are devised and narrated by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher, writer, presenter and resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine, who has studied and taught yoga around the world for over 15 years. Sue is also the author of the British School of Yoga’s Advanced Hatha Yoga and Pre & Postnatal Teacher Training Courses. On each of our CD’s & MP3 Downloads Sue’s clear verbal instruction is complemented by relaxing music that sets a perfect mood for the class. Each CD & MP3 Download class comes complete with a yoga guide booklet that highlights the instructions, provides a series of reference photos for each yoga posture should you need a visual reference and gives useful tips on how to get the most from the class.
